Intensive technological innovation activity is the Company's keystone. In fact, the complexity of transfusion medical devices in the field of transfusion requires a continuous development of new technologies and innovative approaches in the mechanics and electronics fields, as well as the creation of more and more advanced software products. The results of this activity, in addition to provide new instruments equipment for blood banks, produces positive effects in extensive areas of application of the transfusion process, increasing automation and standardization and thus ensuring operators' independent high quality blood products for safer blood transfusions.

Every year Delcon invests more than 10% of its sales revenue in R & D. At Delcon, we believe this is key to our mission, to drive continuous innovation, and to enhance the quality of our devices. This is a challenge for us. We have specialized employees working in the R & D department with a deep knowledge in the fields of mechanical engineering, electronics, software, hardware, biochemistry, and project management.

State-of-the-art tools, software, and methodologies are used to design of medical devices and blood-bank equipment. Delcon's main competences focus on the R & D of innovative products with the goal of improving its competitiveness on the market.
